Double Glazed Vision Panel for Masanory Walls
Double Glazed Vision Panels are specialy designed for Clean Room Application which is suitable for Masanory Walls and these Vision Panels are adjustable on each wall side inspite of variation in Civil Work Construction and finally match the wall in flush condition and can be adjustable in wall thickness to the extent upto 15 mm ±.
- The framework of the Vision Panel is fabricated from Aluminium Profile and is assembled with aluminium angles.The frames are fixed on both the faces of the wall and lined with Aluminium sheet which is fixed with aluminium snapon clip on the periphery of the frame on both side.The plain float glass of 5mm thick is affixed with the help of double sided adhesive tape. The periphery of glass is filled with silicon seleant and also provided with silica gel for absorbing any moisture trapped inside the vision panel.
